Having these values at our core means that we have an open-door policy – all are welcome, we are a place that responds to the needs around us, we are a place that people get to belong before they believe. It means that we are truly intergenerational and interdependent, that we recognise we need our community as much as they need us, and it means that we choose to bless our community in everything that we do. It means that we talk Jesus by sharing our stories and we will show Jesus by loving the one in front of us.
