The Diocese of Durham is looking to recruit Volunteer Facilitators to support the Vacancy Audit Process.
The Vacancy Audit Process has become an established way of working with parishes in Durham Diocese, to ensure that churches are healthy and have the potential to flourish.
We invite applications from candidates skilled and experienced in working in change management and possess strong communication skills. They will work closely with Parochial Church Councils, clergy and diocesan leadership and staff. Initial training will be given and continuous ongoing support.
You will need to be able to travel diocesan wide, and expenses will be paid.
This volunteer role is open to both lay and ordained candidates.
