Church Accounting Software: In Partnership with Data Developments

Our diocese is committed to supporting parishes with the tools they need to steward resources well, care for their communities, and focus on ministry rather than administration.
As part of this commitment, we are working in partnership with Data Developments, a long‑established provider of accounting and church management software designed specifically for churches to help with their administration.
This partnership isn’t about telling churches what they must use. It’s about offering a trusted, easy‑to‑use option that many parishes already find helpful. PCCs can still choose the system that works best for them. By recommending a provider we know works well, we hope to make things easier for you.
As part of the diocese scheme, parishes can now access the following, free of charge for the first 12 months.
MyFundAccounting Online is an accounting system designed specifically for churches and Christian charities. Unlike general bookkeeping software, it understands the unique financial responsibilities of parish life — from managing multiple restricted funds to preparing reports for PCCs, the Charity Commission and the Church of England.
MyGiving Online is a secure, user‑friendly platform that helps churches manage giving, donations, and supporter information. It is designed to make generosity easier for donors and HMRC claims simpler for churches.
Helpline and support services are available and because it is cloud-based, the support team at Data Developments can log in remotely to help resolve queries in real-time.
