In line with our Transformation vision, we have restructured the Mission, Discipleship and Ministry Team that works out of Cuthbert House, under the leadership of Archdeacon Libby Wilkinson.

The Ven Libby Wilkinson leads the Mission, Discipleship and Ministry (MDM) team to enable the Transformation vision to help grow the church numerically and to deepen the faith of all worshipping communities across the Diocese.

Amy Burns is Head of Programme Delivery for Diocesan Transformation and supports Libby in leading the MDM team, with a particular focus on developing and outworking vision and strategy.

The focus of the MDM team is to support, resource and enable all our churches to engage with Diocesan Transformation, in line with the four strands of Growing Mission, Growing Leadership, Growing Churches and Growing Younger. The MDM team and staff at Cuthbert House are supported by a fantastic administrative team.

Kate is Libby’s PA and PA to our Diocesan Secretary, James Morgan. She is also Office Manager of Cuthbert House.

Lizzie provides general administrative support for the MDM team, the Cuthbert House staff, and also covers reception. 

Angela primarily works on reception at Cuthbert House and provides administrative support to Safeguarding.
