Hartlepool Communities of Hope is a project that has been running for one year, challenging poverty and working the marginalised, children and families. The remit is broad, and the need is great, but by using prayer, creativity, community involvement, strong partnerships and discerning what the Holy Spirit is up to, we seek to increase Hope in this amazing town.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Christian to lead the project, coordinate a team and to encourage others in developing and leading the Communities of Hope project, in Jesus’ name.

The Project Leader will build on the work of the last year continuing to develop all aspects of the project with an emphasis on building relationships, team work, good practice and communication.

This is a three-year-post, working 30-37 hours a week with flexible hours. The salary ranges from £22,500 – £24,000 plus pension pro rata.
