Church Administrator – Holy Trinity Washington
Salary: £10.50/hour – £4914 per annum
(equivalent to £20475 FTE based on 37.5 hour week)
Permanent Contract (3 months’ probation)
Work pattern: 9 hours per week (likely spread across 2-3 days)
Location: Washington Village

Holy Trinity Washington has one of the larger regular congregations in the region, with a wide array of worship services, social events and initiatives. Holy Trinity is also regarded by many more across the Washington community as their church – drawing significant numbers to seasonal services and is a very popular choice for weddings, funerals, and baptism services.
The Church Administrator is a key role in the life of Holy Trinity and our relationship with the wider community. We’re looking for someone who likes being at the centre of things, can coordinate small teams of volunteers, and looks for ways that their work can make a difference. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate well with people from a range of different backgrounds. They should have good IT and organisational skills and can manage their own time. Working with the Priest-in-Charge, they will like being part of a team, with space for their own initiative.
