We seek an experienced, visionary leader for the strategically important Team Rector role, working with a team of clergy, Readers and lay ministers. The Stanhope Deanery Plan involves coordinating the work of eight rural parishes in a diverse rural Team Benefice.

The successful candidate will lead the creation of the new Benefice, understand and value both inherited and innovative forms of church, be determinedly collaborative, and relish the challenge of reimagining mission and ministry in this beautiful rural setting.
