Priest in Charge – St John’s Hebburn with
Christ Church Jarrow

This is an exciting opportunity to work in this forward thinking and lively parish. We are looking for a priest-in-charge who will help us to build on what has already been achieved, enable the parish to meet the challenges ahead and move to the next phase of the journey.

Both churches aspire to become more Christlike: and our new priest-in-charge should reflect the qualities of Christ in their life and ministry. We want our new priest-in-charge to be an essential part of our family, they will need to be a person of strong personal faith with the skills to be a leader as well as a collaborative team player who is able to nurture, motivate and affirm the talents and contributions of others.

For more information and/or an informal conversation please contact: the Archdeacon of Sunderland, the Venerable Bob Cooper 07384 510731 archdeacon.of.sunderland@durham.anglican.org
