PRIEST IN CHARGE – ST JOHN’S / ST COLUMBA’S DARLINGTON

We are seeking a priest with a love for people, who is able to offer strong support for lay leadership and ministry, with energy and enthusiasm to encourage others.

We are committed to mission in our parishes, and we are praying for a minister who will help us to develop our vision, work together well as two churches sharing one Priest-in-Charge, and grow in our discipleship and the use of our gifts. We want to maintain all that is good in the traditional worship of the churches while exploring other approaches to engage children, young people and unchurched adults, and to be outward-focused in our mission.

If you are seeking a new challenge, which will include developing vision collaboratively alongside us, and then working with to put this into action, then please download our profile and consider applying.

For an informal conversation, please contact Achdeacon Rick Simpson on: 01325 480444 / archdeacon.of.auckland@durham.anglican.org
